Individual Career and Academic Planning (ICAP)

ICAP Vision: On graduation day, every Academy graduate will feel safe, confident, empowered and prepared for their future endeavors because of the academic, social-emotional, and career self-exploration they have engaged in. 

ICAP Mission: Each year, every 6-12 grade student will engage in work that ultimately contributes to a meaningful, individualized Graduate Portfolio through grade-level specific learning opportunities.
