K-12 Schools and Educational Agencies Requesting Records 

The Academy uses ScribTransfer to securely exchange student records with other schools,
districts, and authorized educational agencies.

Please note: Requests submitted by phone, mail, or fax will no longer be accepted.
Processing time for record requests is typically 3–5 business days.

Current Students, Alumni, and Education Verification Requests

The Academy uses ScribOrder to securely provide student records for:

• Current families
• Former students
• Third-party verification agencies

Important details:

• Surcharges apply to former students and all education verifications.
• Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
• Records prior to 2015 are not available through The Academy. For transcripts or education verifications before 2015, please contact Adams 12 Five Star Schools directly.
• If the transcript you are requesting is for a former graduate and they are over the age of 18, the graduate must be the individual to request the transcript.
